The World's Best Pancake Recipe
2 Cups of flour
1 Heaping Tblsp. Baking powder
1/4 Tsp. salt
(Combine dry ingredients)
In bowl mix:
1 Beaten egg
1/4 Cup of veg. oil
2 Cups of whole milk
(Add more milk if necessary)
Spoon onto greased or buttered fry pan. Cook until bubbles form, flip over
and cook until golden.
Serve with real maple syrup and real butter for a traditional treat.
